Walking Tools

For the sake

Of a dollar

They corrupted

The tunes,

Danced on a

Candle flame

Burned down

The moons,

Sewed up

Your lips

The top and

The bottom,

Melted

Our brains

Replaced them

With cotton,

For the sake

Of a dollar

They developed

Dumb rules,

Though most

Don’t see it

We’re still

Walking tools.
