Stockings

He was talking

About his new job

At Wal-Mart stocking

Shelves on the night shift,

His words triggered different

Thoughts in different minds,

In one the dream in which she

Stalked him sometimes wearing

Only stockings,

Sometimes sitting on a big red apple

Picking at a bowl of hash browns,

In another the young couple on a

Blanket in the dark of night

Oblivious to two young

Cougars stalking.
